Rain sticks are tubular musical instruments that sound like the tinkling of water that have been used by First Nations People to call the rain
These instruments have been used by ancient cultures in South America, South East Asia and Australia,
each modifying a local resource to imitate the sounds of rain
Come and learn to make your own with a local Gumbaynggirr Artist
